Description
Croft House is a house built in the late 18th century to early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed rubble and has a stone slate roof. The building is two storeys high and features three bays, with quoins on the left side. The central entrance consists of a six-panel door, possibly within the remains of an architrave that has been covered with later cement.
On the ground floor, there are sash windows with glazing bars set beneath slab lintels. The first floor has 16-pane sash windows. The house also has stone gutter brackets and end stacks. To the left, there is an added bay that includes board doors set in a segmental-arched cart-opening, with a 12-pane window located above in what was once a pitching door opening.
