7A to 10A Heol Tan-y-bryn, Abergynolwyn

Row of 4 four houses numbered 7A to 10A from the E, built of slate rubble with slate roofs. Two storeys, with attics and cellars, double-depth plan of two and 3 bays. Doors with 3 raised-moulded panels, set in staff-moulded frames and deep fanlights over. Twelve-paned sash windows to ground and first floors, and 6-pane windows to the attic at the rear. All openings have deep stone lintels, and chimney stacks with outsetting heads set on the party walls.

No 8A consists of 2 window bays, and is largely in its original external condition, with unhorned sash windows, railings and gate at the front, and a single storey outbuilding at right angles at the rear.
