Description
The building is a single-storey forge and open storage area at Felinrhyd-fawr, constructed from rubble and topped with a single-pitch corrugated iron roof. The forge, located at the left end, features a four-pane window (without glazing), a boarded door, and a rubble chimney stack at the back. To the right is a broad two-bay open storage area supported by a central pier, with a roughly hewn roof and timber structure.
There is a small yard between this building and the farmhouse, which is separated from the farmyard by a stone wall and a former gated opening. Inside, the floor is stone flagged with a central cobbled area, and there is a furnace with a yellow brick base.
