Description

The former stable block at Wern is a two-storey building constructed of rubble with a renewed slate roof. It features two plain entrances, each with modern boarded doors, and to the right of each entrance is a square, four-pane sash window from the later 19th century. There are additional similar windows to the far left and on the first floor, positioned above each ground floor window. An external stone staircase leads to a boarded door on the west gable, which is marked with the incised date 1842. The rear of the building is taller and has two small square ground-floor windows, one of which is blocked. The interiors on the ground floor are plain, while the upper floor was not inspected during the survey.
