Description
Ty-coch is a building constructed from local uncoursed rubble and features an irregular old slate roof. It has a tall gable stack that extends upwards. The entrance is approximately central and consists of a boarded door, flanked by rectangular 4-pane timber windows on each side. There is one similar window in the northwest gable end, and the remains of a pig-sty and a small store are attached to the southeast end.
The building comprises two bays, with the door leading into the upper heated bay, which is open under the roof. There is a plastered partition that separates the inner room, which is further divided by another partition.
