Description

This early limekiln, likely built in the late 18th century or early 19th century, is constructed from unmortared boulders and stands approximately 3 meters high and 3.5 meters square. It features rectangular tapering openings on the east and west sides. The top is flat and has slab coping, with a large central crucible that is conical in shape and lined with small rough-dressed rubble blocks.
