Description

The cowhouse at Rhiwerfa is constructed from thin bedded slate rubble and features a slate roof, slate clad verge, and boarded rafter ends. It consists of four bays, three of which have an open front that is now covered with corrugated iron. The fourth bay, located at the road end, includes a large boarded window and originally had access from the gable end, which is marked by a cut slate lintel that is now blocked.
