Description

Pont Abercorris, also known as Bont Pentre, is a bridge constructed from coursed slate stone. It features an elliptical arch made of squared voussoirs, with flush spandrels and a low parapet that is topped with flush, cramped shale stone copings. A small square relief culvert runs through the eastern abutment. The carriageway has a slight hump, which causes the parapet to peak correspondingly.
