Description
2 Holywell Terrace is part of a group of six single-fronted, two-storey houses built from square coursed rubble, featuring graded slate roofs, although No 12 has been replaced with thin square slates. The houses have roughcast stacks, except for a brick stack on the left side of No 12. Each property has a doorway on the right with a round head; the voussoirs are exposed on No 12 but covered with render on the others. Above the replaced doors, there are painted tympanums. The windows in the lower storey have stone lintels, while those in the upper storey are positioned beneath the eaves. The original windows have been replaced with mainly small-pane top-hung casements. The right gable end of No 2 is pebble-dashed and has an external stack, while the left gable end of No 12 is made of rubble stone. There are additions at the rear of the terrace.
