Description

18 Maengwyn Street is a two-storey, two-window terraced house. It dates to an unknown period but appears contemporary with the neighbouring No. 19. The exterior is pebble-dashed and painted peach, with a slate roof. A shared stone and roughcast stack is situated to the right. The window and door openings have smooth-rendered surrounds, each topped with a shallow pediment. The ground-floor windows are four-pane horned sashes, while the upper-floor windows are twelve-pane hornless sashes. A replacement door is located to the right of the centre of the elevation. The property was not inspected.
