Description
The building is a single-storey rubble range located on the southwest side of the farmyard at Cae Gwynion Uchaf Farm. It features an undulating slate roof and has three boarded doorways. The two doorways on the left lead to the cowhouse, while the doorway on the right serves the henhouse. The openings are widely spaced, and the cowhouse includes a slit ventilator.
Inside, there is a central passage with stalls, and the roof timbers have been replaced with four tie beams. To the left, there are three pigsties and a farrowing pen, along with a domestic building in poor condition beyond.
The farmyard is rectangular and sunken, with a cobbled pavement around its edge. All gates at the edges feature Gothic panelled gate piers, which are also present at the main farm drive.
