Description
Chantry Row is a single-storey flat-roofed building designed to resemble a terrace of four houses. The stucco fronts are painted in different colours and feature five dummy windows under the eaves to give the impression of an attic storey, along with wide overhanging eaves. The building consists of nine bays, with 12-pane sash windows alternating asymmetrically with 12-pane glazed doors. The doors, which have iron railed balconies, are located in bays 2, 5, 7, and 8 from left to right. At the west end, there is a half octagonal turret topped with an onion dome, which was built to conceal a chimney and is finished in green to imitate copper.
