Description
Frondeg is a Regency villa that stands two storeys high with a basement and features three bays. The exterior is finished with pebble-dashed walls and has a hipped slate roof with boarded eaves. There is a mid-20th century roof dormer and pebble-dashed stacks on both the right and left sides. The central bay of the villa is slightly advanced. The entrance consists of a central half-lit fielded-panel door, which is topped by a radial-glazed iron overlight and flanked by 12-pane hornless sash windows. The basement includes 6-pane horned sash windows with vertical glazing bars on both sides.
On the lower storey, there is a late 19th-century veranda that features a hipped roof supported by openwork cast iron posts and an arcaded valance. The upper storey contains 6-pane horned sash windows on both sides, with French doors in the centre that once led to a balcony. To the left side of the villa, there is an added bay that has a 12-pane hornless sash window on the lower storey and a replaced window above.
