Description

Wern-fawr is a single-storey building with a linear shape, oriented roughly from north-east to south-west. The larger section is on the right (north-east) and features a two-unit plan, while the smaller, recessed section is on the left. The building is constructed from roughly coursed rubblestone and has slate roofs. The main part includes two-light, 12-paned casement windows with central mullions and slate cills, positioned on either side of an offset entrance that has a 20th-century half-glazed door. There are rendered integral end stacks with slate drips. The left section has two windows that match those in the main part. The interior was not accessible during the survey.
