Description
8 Segontium Terrace is a late Georgian house built around the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. It is three storeys high with two bays, and the front is rendered with a rusticated quoin strip on the right side. The roof is slate, with a roughcast chimney stack on the right. The doorway on the left bay has a replaced panelled door and overlight, set within a round-headed opening. The windows are replacements, but set within earlier openings; those in the upper storey are shorter. They have late 19th-century keyed architraves. A similar window and a replaced door are found in the basement. The front railings have spear finials. A rubble-stone rear wall is also part of the property.
