Description
Courtenay's Bistro is a Georgian house that stands three storeys tall and features three bays. The front is rendered, and it has a slate roof. The openings are offset to the left side. The central doorway is framed by a doorcase with fluted pilasters and plain consoles supporting an entablature. The door itself is a fielded panel design with radial-glazed lights. The central bay has blind windows, while the outer bays contain windows that have been replaced in their original openings, with the upper storey windows being shorter.
In front of the basement steps, there are iron railings topped with spear finials. The basement includes a small-pane window on the right, a blocked opening on the left, and a doorway in the central bay. The rear wall of the building is roughcast.
