Description

This is a late Georgian terrace of nine 3-storey, 2-bay houses, part of a group numbered 11-19 Segontium Terrace. The houses have slate roofs and brick or roughcast stacks to the R. Entrances are located in the left-hand bay, accessed by steps. Original iron railings, set on dwarf walls, run along the front, featuring pointed and cone finials to the stanchions. The gates have been replaced. Houses 15-19 have a larger plan and project forward in the rear elevation. They retain original architraves in the front elevation, whereas numbers 11-14 have later 19th-century detail in the front.

The front of the building has been rendered, with eared and lugged architraves, and sill bands in smooth render. The doorway is within a keyed architrave and contains a panelled door with a replaced fanlight. The windows are 4-pane sashes, with the upper left window being blind.
