Description
Crown Terrace is an early 19th-century terrace of two-storey houses. It is constructed from local rubble masonry, with Nos 2 and 3 being rendered. The terrace features a modern slate roof, which has rendered rectangular axial and gable stacks with capping. The windows are recessed sash types with slate sills, and the first-floor windows are positioned directly under the eaves. The entrances consist of half-glazed doors with margin panes and rectangular fanlights.
The terrace has a long two-window range, with the doorway offset to the left (northeast) end; there is one window to the left of the doorway and two to the right. The half-glazed door includes margin panes and a shallow rectangular fanlight. The elevations are pebbledashed, and the windows are a late 19th-century style, featuring horned sashes with margin panes. The left return of the terrace has a single window on each floor, set towards the rear of the house.
The interior was not inspected during the survey.
