Description

Sandy Lane is a linear range that includes 2 of the original 3 cottages. The cottages are constructed from rubble masonry and are limewashed. They feature rendered end stacks with dripstones and capping. The right-hand cottage has a roof made of profiled material, with a large stack on the right and a narrow rendered shared stack on the left, along with rendered copings. The door is offset to the left and is flanked by small windows. On the right-hand gable, there is evidence of a fireplace, indicating that a third cottage once existed in the range but has since been demolished. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
