Description
The Farm Lodge entrance features square gate piers made of ashlar stone, which have a slightly projecting plinth and cornice topped with globe finials. On either side of the entrance are curved walls constructed from rubble masonry, with a stressed course beneath a rendered capping. The wall on the right side of the entrance has a smaller globe finial at the far right and a ramping slope that leads to the end. This wall continues as a low rubble wall with railings above, ending in a rubble plinth with a cornice and another globe finial on top. To the right of the entrance, there is a hole for a bell-pull, and a barred opening in the curved wall that serves as a viewing hole.
