Description

This structure is a revetment, railings, and steps located in front of the former National School. It features a coped rubble-stone wall topped with iron railings. There are entrances at both ends, each with replacement iron gates that lead to stone steps. On the left side (No 7), there are two coursed-stone square gate piers. On the right side (No 9), there is a single similar pier on the left side only, as the right side is adjacent to the adjoining house (No 11 Steeple Lane). Additionally, there is a higher return wall on the left side facing Bunkers Hill.
