Description
Ty'n Parc is a three-storey building with a three-window front, featuring a slate roof and end chimneys, along with rendered walls. The upper storey has small pane casement windows inserted at eaves level for the attic. On the first floor, there are outer 12-pane sash windows and smaller central French doors that lead to the porch roof.
The central porch is castellated and includes polygonal buttresses, a shallow pointed doorway with a panelled door, and side windows. On either side of the porch, there are large tripartite sash windows with sills at ground level. To the left, there is a castellated screen wall.
At the rear, there are very large three-storey extensions with rendered walls and a slate roof.
