3 Victoria Terrace

3 Victoria Terrace is a two-storey terrace building featuring cement render and a slate roof. It has eight windows; the first floor predominantly consists of small-pane hornless sash windows, while the ground floor features four late 19th-century splayed bay windows with horned sash glazing supported by iron columns at the corners. There are also two paired doorways with projecting rendered surrounds. To the right, there is a broad segmentally-headed carriage archway. The projecting bay on the left has three storeys and was originally part of the central bay of a hotel. The top floor includes a hornless sash window, the first floor has a 12-paned horned sash window, and the ground floor features a late 19th-century splayed bay window. At the rear, there is a large block with four windows facing north and three windows facing west.
