Description
This is a rubble-stone outbuilding located at the entrance to the Orchard, dating from an unspecified period. It features a monopitch slate roof and includes a loft on the left side. The lofted section facing the road originally had garage doors, which have been infilled with boarding and a single door. The loft has been mainly rebuilt in brick and has a replacement window. On the right side, there is a flat projection with a boarded door that includes a glazed panel, and it is topped with a monopitched roof.
On the left side wall, behind the former garden wall, there is a loft doorway that has been partially blocked and converted into a window. At the rear, external steps with cement treads have been added, leading to a boarded door that has been cut through a blocked brick arch.
