House and Spar Shop

This is a late Georgian three-storey, three-bay house and shop made of whitened render, featuring a slate roof and a brick stack on the right. The lower storey, which was originally two shops, has 20th-century shop fronts with doorways under overlights in the centre and small-pane shop windows on the outer sides. Access to the upper floors is provided by an inserted panelled door with an overlight at the left end.

On the middle storey, there is a 16-pane horned sash window in the centre, flanked by 12-pane tripartite outer horned sash windows, one of which on the left has replaced an oriel window. The upper storey features small-pane tripartite fixed windows in the outer bays and a central gable that includes a pointed small-pane sash window with intersecting glazing bars.

The building has been extended and rebuilt at the rear and altered for conversion into a shop.
