Description

A late Georgian style 3-storey 2-bay shop and house of scribed roughcast front with moulded sill bands, slate roof, roughcast stack to the R and brick stack to the L. Openings in the lower storey are framed by panelled pilasters, plain fascia partly obscured by a later awning, and end brackets to a moulded cornice. On the L side is a replaced door to the house under a plain overlight. To the R of centre is a shop window of 2 round-headed lights and replacement glazed shop door on its R side under a plain overlight. In the middle storey are moulded architraves with keystones to replacement 16-pane horned sash windows. The upper storey has plainer architraves and replacement small-pane top-hung casement windows.

The rear has a 2-storey addition and, in the upper storey, a 12-pane hornless sash window to the L and 2-light small-pane casement to the R.
