Description
The building is a combined boiling house and pigsty range, dating from the 19th century. The boiling house has a rectangular shape, featuring a door on the south gable wall and a window on the side wall that faces the farmyard. It is constructed with rubble walls and has a pitched slate roof with slate copings, along with a brick chimney located at the northwest corner opposite the door. The pigsty consists of two units and is attached to the north gable end of the boiling house. It also has rubble walls and a single pitch slate roof with slate copings. There are stone walls surrounding the yard, although the wall to the right (north) has been demolished.
