Description

Millbank is a symmetrically planned, two-storey building featuring a three-window range, with later additions of castellated single window wings on each side. The exterior is finished with roughcast render, and the roof is covered with slate, topped by tall rendered rectangular gable stacks. The pointed sash windows have interlaced glazing bars at the top. A gabled trellis porch with a pointed entrance adds to the architectural detail. The interior was not inspected during the survey.
