Description

Ty Gwyn is a single-storey cottage with lower outbuildings to the left. It is constructed of rubble masonry, with the dwelling outbuilding finished in limewash. The cottage features an exposed slate roof that is grouted with a tiled ridge, while the outbuilding has a roof made of small slates with rough stone coping. There are gable stacks, including a massive squat stack on the right with capping. The cottage has a boarded door that is flanked by 16-pane hornless sash windows, with the openings slightly offset to the left. The outbuilding also has a boarded door, which is offset to the left.
