Description
102-104 High Street in Linlithgow is an earlier 19th-century building that stands two stories high with an attic and features two bays. The structure is made of squared and coursed rubble, which is painted. It has a lintel course above the first-floor window, bolection moulding above the eaves course, and raised margins.
On the south elevation, the entrance features a shop window in the center, flanked by a shop door on the right and a panelled fanlit door leading to a pend on the left. There are two windows on the first floor. The building has modern glazing, with 4-pane sash and case windows in the dormer. The roof is covered with grey slate and includes a canted, slate-hung, piended dormer topped with a finial.
