Description

This is an 18th and 19th century row of five traditional one-story cottages, located at 14, 16, 18, 20, 22, and 24 Main Street, Kirknewton. The cottages are built of random rubble and have skew gabled roofs covered in both pantiles and slate. The cottages largely appear derelict, with only number 26 currently in use. They are considered a group; their collective architectural character is valued.
