Description

Mid 19th century. 3-storey and attic, 2-bay tenement, shop at ground. Squared and coursed rubble at ground, rendered and lined to upper storeys to N elevation, harled to rear. Base course, raised margins.

N (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: fanlit door to centre, shop windows flanking. Regular fenestration to 1st and 2nd floors.

S (REAR) ELEVATION: three-storey projecting wing with spiral stair.

12-lying pane sash and case windows; modern glazing to ground and attic. Grey slate roof, 2 slate-hung gabled dormers, ashlar coped skews.
