Norries House, 18 (East) Broad Street, Stirling

Norries House is a reconstructed 17th century building located at 18 Broad Street in Stirling. It is a four-storey structure with an attic and features a three-bay wing of a former townhouse. The exterior is harled with painted render margins at the ground level and has projecting cills.

On the south elevation facing Broad Street, there are three windows at the ground level, with regular fenestration above that includes smaller windows. The attic contains two modern swept dormers.

The north elevation features a two-bay design, with the right bay advanced and topped with a crowstepped gablehead. There is a window at the ground level to the right and additional windows on the first and second floors to the left, which correspond to windows in the west elevation. The left bay has windows on each floor and a swept dormer in the attic.

The building has timber sash and case windows with 12-pane glazing at the ground floor, third floor, and dormers, while the first and second floors have 8-pane glazing.
