15 and 17 Montgomery Street in East Kilbride is a two-storey and attic building from the later 18th century, featuring four bays. The exterior is harled with painted margins, raised cills at both the ground and first floors, and a painted base and eaves course. It has two flat-roofed attic dormers.

On the northeast elevation, which is the principal front, there are paired doorways with timber doors at the center, flanked by large shop windows in the outer bays. The first floor has three single windows, and the dormers are located in the attic.

The southeast and northwest elevations are adjoining properties. The first floor includes a 12-pane sash and case window in the outer bays and a 4-pane sash and case window in the center, while the ground floor and attic feature modern glazing. The building has straight skews and a stack at the northwest gablehead.
