Manse, Quarter Church, Limekilnburn Road, Quarter

The building is a manse located on Limekilnburn Road in Quarter, dated 1903 and designed in the Arts & Crafts style. It is a single-storey structure with an attic and features asymmetrical design elements. The exterior is constructed from snecked rubble with polished dressings.

On the south entrance front, there is an off-centre recessed door with splayed reveals, set beneath a pointed, moulded arch that has a hood-mould extending over a panel to the left. To the right, an advanced gabled bay includes canted, five-light windows on both the ground floor and attic, topped with a cornice and parapet; there is a single slit opening in the gable head. To the left of the door, a bipartite stair window features cusped heads, while a tripartite window is located in the left bay under a relieving arch.

The wall at the extreme left is raised and has a cornice and parapet above a datestone, continuing as a two-storey canted bay with a battered plinth on the return elevation. All windows are either eight or ten-pane sashes. The building has deeply projecting eaves, battered stacks, and a slate roof.
