Description

33 Common Green in Strathaven is an early 19th-century building featuring an Edwardian shop front. It stands two storeys high and has two bays. The exterior is finished in painted render with margins. The shop front is pilastered, with a central recessed door flanked by windows, and includes a corniced fascia adorned with swags over the pilasters and a raised centre with a dentilled cornice. On the first floor, there are two 8-pane sash windows. The building also has an eaves course and cornice, topped with a slate roof.
