Description
1 Common Green in Strathaven is an early 19th century building featuring two storeys and an attic, with a three-bay façade. The exterior is finished in painted render with margins. A central doorway, which includes a fanlight and a keystone, is flanked by a door and an enlarged shop window. On the first floor, there are three sash windows. The building has an eaves course and a central wall-head pediment. Additionally, there are two later dormers with swept roofs, and the roof is slated.
