Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey and attic, 12-bay terraced tenements. Coursed squared sandstone. Base course; eaves course; raised painted margins to openings.

SW (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: central entrances to Nos 29, 31, 33 and 35; timber doors; letterbox fanlights; single window aligned above at 1st floor to No 35; outer single windows at both floors to all. NW rounded angle to No 29 (see Notes).

Variety of glazing patterns; 4-, 8- and 16-pane timber sash and case windows; modern windows. Grey slate roof; stone skews; coped gablehead and ridge stacks; circular and polygonal cans.

INTERIORS: not seen 1998.
