2 Greenfield Place, Lerwick

2 Greenfield Place in Lerwick is a terrace that includes a late 18th century, 2-storey, 3-bay symmetrical house, which was extended in the early 19th century with a 2-bay asymmetrical house to the east. The building features a cement-rendered and lined gabled porch that centers on the western bays, with the entrance door to the eastern house located in the outer right bay. The walls are harled with painted stone dressings. The rear and eastern elevations have irregularly placed windows, while the western gable is blank.

At No 2, there are surviving 12-pane timber sash and case windows. The roof is made of purple-grey slate, sloping to the east, and has cement-rendered skew copes on the western side. The apex and ridge stacks are made of coped rubble and feature circular cans.
