Description
Possibly late 18th century with later additions and alterations. Near-symmetrical 2-storey with basement, 3-bay house forming part of terrace. Rubble; rubble sandstone dressings. Droved long and short surrounds to openings; painted margins; projecting cills.
NE (ENTRANCE) ELEVATION: modern timber panelled door centred at ground; single windows at both floors in flanking bays. Boarded timber basement door off-set to outer right.
Modern glazing throughout. Grey slate roof; stone-coped skews. Corniced brick and sandstone ridge stacks; various cans.
INTERIOR: not seen 1998.
BOUNDARY WALL: low coped wall enclosing site to front.
