Description

2-3 Marine Parade in Eyemouth is a mid-19th century building that stands two storeys tall with an attic. The exterior is rendered and lined to resemble ashlar, featuring broached ashlar quoins and droved ashlar window margins. Originally, the entrance was located on the east side through a door that is now blocked and has a bracketed hood above it. The gable on the north side has a single window on each floor. The west front is irregular, consisting of three bays, with doors on the ground floor and three gabled wallhead dormers in the attic. There is also a wing that projects one bay to the west at the south end, matching the height of the main structure.
