Description

Collinville is a late 19th century tenement building that stands three storeys high with an attic and features four bays. It is constructed from snecked rubble and has painted stugged ashlar dressings and quoins. The entrance is located in the left centre bay and is topped with a bracketed hood. There is a segmentally headed pend in the right centre bay. The outer bays on the first and second floors have bipartite windows. The roof is red tiled and includes rendered stacks, along with three later platform-roofed dormers in the attic.
