Description

Teviot Bridge in Kelso was built by William Elliot in 1795. It features a broad segmental arch with narrower segmental arches on either side. The piers of the bridge have cut-waters that support engaged Doric columns, which provide pedestrian refuges. The parapets extend over corbels.
