Description
The building is an early 19th century office located at Kelso Mills on Mill Wynd in Kelso. It is two stories tall with an attic and features three bays. The exterior is harled with ashlar margins and has straight skews. There are brick stacks and a slated roof that includes three piended dormers in the attic.
