Description
The Semicomps Northern Limited Offices, located at 4 East Bowmont Street in Kelso, is an earlier 19th-century building. It stands three storeys tall and features a three-bay centre with pilasters framing the doorpiece. The exterior is harled with rendered margins and angle quoins. The roof is piended and slated, with rectangular stacks positioned at the flanks. There are single-storey wings extending to the east and west.
