Description

23 Bowmont Street in Kelso is a late 18th century building that stands two storeys high. The south-facing front features three bays, with a central pediment and channelled angle pilasters. The central door is adorned with incised Soanic architraves, and the building has moulded eaves courses. The walls are constructed of coursed squared rubble with polished dressings. The west side also has a three-bay front with closely spaced windows, and the moulded eaves course continues along the piended slated roof.
