Description

The Walled Garden at Blanerne, dating from the later 19th century, features the remains of a near rectangular-plan garden, covering approximately 3,000 square meters, located to the northwest of Blanerne House. The walls are made of harl-pointed tooled cream rubble and include some red brick linings, which are partially harled. The structure has squared coping and stugged quoins, as well as stugged long and short surrounds around square-headed openings. The door is missing, the greenhouses have been removed, and there are no remains of the original layout.
