Description

Earlier 19th century with 20th century extension to N. Low single storey, T-plan picturesque cottage. Whitewashed rubble. Overhanging eaves with exposed rafters.

S ELEVATION: 4-bay. 3 windowed shallow bow to centre left bay; 2 windows to right, blank bay to left.

W ELEVATION: gable to right with picture window. Later range set back to left with splayed flat-roofed porch in re-entrant angle.

N ELEVATION: later broad projecting bay to centre left with bipartite window and swept piended roof; porch to right (see above); projecting lean-to to left.

E ELEVATION: blank gable to left; set back range to right. 4-pane timber casement windows to S (and W); sash and case to N. Casement windows to the south are PVC. Grey slates; coped rubble stack.

INTERIOR: not seen 1994.
