1 Harvey Square, Lochwinnoch

1 Harvey Square in Lochwinnoch is an earlier 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay house that connects to a six-bay block extending northwest in an L-shape along Church Street. The house features painted ashlar, with dressings and droved gables.

On the southeast elevation, there is a central recessed door flanked by two Ionic columns in antis that support an entablature. The ground floor has corniced bipartite windows, which are a later alteration, while the first floor has three windows with a cill course and panelled architraves adorned with rosettes. The elevation is further enhanced by broad angle pilasters, an eaves course, a cornice, end stacks, and a slate roof.

The southwest gable elevation has an altered ground floor beneath three corniced first-floor windows, one of which is blind. The block facing Church Street is constructed of rubble with ashlar margins, featuring two bays on the southeast side, all painted. There are two paired doors, plate glass sashes throughout, end and axial stacks, and a slate roof.
