Description
The Boathouse at Springland House on Isla Road in Perth dates from around 1800. It is a two-storey structure built from rubble in the Gothick style. The building features a crenellated parapet and a canted gable front, which includes four-centre arched upper windows that overlook the river. An external staircase provides access to the upper floor.
